Common Questions

How long does a custom order take?

Custom pieces typically ship within 2-3 weeks after design confirmation and payment are received.

Can I send in my own T-shirt?

At this time, I personally source all shirts used for custom orders. Each design requires a specific size and fabric to achieve the right fit and finish the look. You're welcome to request a team or share inspiration, and I'll find a material that works for your custom piece!

What is the price range for a custom piece?

Customized designs typically range between $150 and $350, depending on the complexity of the work and the materials sourced.

What sizes do you offer?

I can generally create pieces in sizes XS-L, depending on the design and the materials I'm able to source. Each request is reviewed individually, so include your usual size when submitting your order, and I'll confirm what's possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom-made, I don't accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind. Please review your design details and sizing carefully before confirming your order.
